Depending on the shipping method you choose, domestic orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2 – 5 business days. International orders arrive anywhere between 2 – 6 business days.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:30PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 1:30PM PST will be shipped the following business day.

If your package has been marked as delivered but cannot be found we ask that you please first make a official claim with USPS or FedEx before reaching out to customer service.

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase should it meet the requirements on our returns page. Can I exchange my order?
While we do not offer direct exchanges at this time, we do offer free returns on U.S orders. Just submit your return and receive a refund to your preferred payment method. Then you may re-place an order for your desired product, free shipping of course!

When will I get my refund?
Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

How do I take care of my bikini?
Washing machines can be a swimsuit’s worst enemy! Like all delicates, shape, color and fit are best preserved if hand washed with a drop of light detergent in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid getting excess oils and lotions as it can be harmful to your swimsuits! Make sure to rinse and wash ASAP if you do. Please check out our BIKINIS OVER EVERYTHING bikini wash!- We love this stuff.
How do I remove the hygenic liner in my bikini/one piece bottoms?
To remove the sticker and adhesive residue, we recommend soaking a clean cloth with rubbing alcohol and gently rubbing the affected area. The alcohol will help dissolve the adhesive and will not damage the fabric.
What is ECONYL®?
ECONYL® is 100% regenerated nylon fiber from fishnets and other nylon waste. (nylon scraps/fishnets and carpet fluff)
