I've always had a thing for one piece swimsuits and longed for the day I could fill the void of chic, exquisitely made maillots in the swimwear market. My inspiration was simply to create something for the L*SPACE girl who may have outgrown the trendy, skimpy cuts of L*SPACE. She's grown up, and I wanted to grow with her.

The debut collection of MAIO by Monica Wise includes ultra-feminine cuts -- a splash of vintage and a dash of modern.
